That guy is sometimes right....if he can't find the problem, he usually says motherboard...lol...he told my gf that and come to find out it was a short in the port where you charged it (it was a laptop).
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
this is a desktop tower so i hope its not the motherboard and it is something else
he said he used his diagnostic card and it came up as processor or motherboard
i'll fix it for $50

Why? If I had a PC problem, I would hope motherboard before anything else (except maybe power supply).

someone told me that the motherboard was like $200-300 to replace
